About Us

Our
Story
NAWIC Jersey was established in 2021 by Lucy Le Moignan and Emily Garrett, our mission is to connect construction professionals, celebrate achievements, and inspire the next generation by showcasing the breadth of rewarding careers available in the built environment. In an industry that has traditionally been male dominated, we’re creating a positive space where everyone can learn, grow, network and thrive.
We host a wide range of events including site visits, networking socials, personal development workshops, and topical seminars designed to help you expand your knowledge and build powerful connections.
While we’re currently anchored in Jersey, our doors are open to women, allies and future regional partners across the entire Channel Islands, including Guernsey and beyond. Join us as we build a community where diverse perspectives are valued, voices are amplified, and opportunities are within reach for all. Should you be interested in setting up a Guernsey chapter, please email us!
Explore upcoming events, become a member, and find out how you can get involved whether you’re just starting out in your construction journey or are a seasoned professional - we'd love to meet you.
